History

The club was initially founded as a boys club by Mike Wilson in 2014 and our girls team formed in 2017.

West End was an originally an extension of Albyn school football.  The main reason Mike started the club was that he felt there was a lack of youth football clubs catering for all abilities and at that time most clubs only wanted elite players. His aim was to give all kids a chance to play football.

Since the club began in 2014, it has gone from strength to strength and we now have 17 teams ranging between 2006 and 2018 with over 400 players.    In 2016 we gained SFA Bronze Quality Mark and from this achievement our girls team was created in 2017.

West End Football Club is a Scottish Charity, SC052249, regulated by the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
